Cathy Ng

General Manager, Steradian Sdn Bhd

Cathy is the General Manager of Steradian Sdn Bhd, having joined the company in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, she progressed through the organisation by taking on key responsibilities across project costing, procurement, supplier management, tender administration, and operations, developing a comprehensive understanding of the business at every level.

Having grown alongside the company, she has played an integral role in strengthening Steradian’s commercial and operational foundations. Her experience in cost control, procurement, tender management, and business operations has contributed to the successful delivery and profitability of numerous projects, while her strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners continue to support the company’s growth.

Known for her practical mindset and problem-solving approach, Cathy is often the person colleagues turn to for guidance on commercial, operational, and day-to-day business matters. Today, she works closely with management, project teams, suppliers, and business partners to ensure the company operates efficiently while maintaining the high standards that define Steradian.

Victor

Project Director, Steradian Sdn Bhd

Victor Ang is the Project Director of Steradian Sdn Bhd, having started his career with the company as an Assistant Project Engineer in 2011. Over the years, he has grown alongside the organisation, gaining extensive experience in project execution, site management, technical coordination, and lighting control systems. His hands-on approach and practical understanding of the industry have made him a key figure in the successful delivery of numerous lighting projects across Malaysia.

Today, he oversees Steradian’s project delivery team while continuing to play an active role on site, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and installation teams. Known for his ability to analyse drawings, resolve complex technical challenges, and develop practical solutions, he is often the first person the team turns to when faced with demanding project requirements.

His experience spans hospitality, commercial, façade, and landscape lighting projects, where he remains committed to maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and project excellence. He also plays an important role in mentoring project managers and sharing his experience with the next generation of industry professionals.

William

Senior Project Manager, Steradian Sdn Bhd

William Yeoh joined Steradian Sdn Bhd in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Project Manager. Although he graduated with a degree in Finance and began his career in the banking sector, his interest in the lighting industry led him to pursue a different path, inspired by his father’s longstanding involvement in the field.

Over the years, William has established himself as a highly capable and independent project leader, managing projects from planning and lighting simulations through execution and completion. Proficient in Dialux and AutoCAD, he plays a key role in helping clients and consultants translate lighting concepts into practical and effective solutions.

Known for his calm and steady approach, William is trusted to manage projects independently while coordinating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and installation teams. His portfolio includes notable developments such as TRX Landscape, Banyan Tree Signatures, and RTS ICQC where his dedication, responsiveness, and ability to navigate complex project requirements have contributed to successful project delivery.

Jimmy

Project Manager, Steradian Sdn Bhd

Jimmy Kiew joined Steradian Sdn Bhd in 2022 and currently serves as a Project Manager. Having transitioned from a mechanical background into the lighting industry, he has continuously expanded his knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and self-learning, including proficiency in Dialux and AutoCAD.

Over the years, he has taken on increasing responsibilities in project coordination, planning, and site execution. Known for his dedication and perseverance, he successfully managed the BBR Langkawi project, spending an extended period on site to support project delivery and overcome the challenges that arose throughout the development.

Jimmy approaches every project with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn. His determination, adaptability, and readiness to take ownership have enabled him to grow quickly within the company, making him a valued member of the Steradian team.

Siginenthiri

Administrative Executive, Steradian Sdn Bhd

Siginenthiri joined Steradian Sdn Bhd in 2025 as an Administrative Executive and supports the company’s daily administrative and operational activities. Working closely with the management team, she assists in coordinating documentation, office administration, and various tasks that help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

She is known for her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take on new responsibilities. Driven by a desire to continuously improve and grow professionally, she is committed to developing her skills while supporting the continued success of the company.
